YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNLESS BOTH REQUIREMENTS ARE COMPLETED.

Reservations or menu selections left incomplete 24 hours before the requested dining time will be automatically released and cannot be guaranteed.

WHEN IS MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED?
Your reservation is confirmed only when:
✓ The reservation is made at least 24 hours before the dining time
✓ The complete menu selection has been made for all guests
✓ Payment has been successfully completed
✓ You have received the official TableCheck confirmation
An incomplete menu selection (or unpaid reservation for non-resident guests) is NOT a confirmed reservation.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
Reservations are accepted online via TableCheck only.
Availability is updated in real time.
Phone bookings, waitlists and reservation overrides are not available.
If your preferred date or time is unavailable, additional bookings cannot be accepted.
Tables are assigned upon arrival at The Grotto, subject to availability and weather conditions.
Live Music: 18:00–22:00 hrs. (except Mondays)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices are in Thai Baht and subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
A 50% penalty fee applies to cancellations made after 15:00 hrs. on the reservation date.
A 100% penalty fee applies to no-shows.
No penalty fee applies when a reservation is postponed to the following day.
A supplementary charge applies to half-board and full-board packages. Other special reductions are not applicable.
TRANSPORTATION FOR NON-RESIDENT GUESTS
The Grotto is located at Rayavadee on Railay Beach and is accessible only by boat.
Rayavadee does not provide boat transfers for non-resident guests.
Guests may arrange their own transportation by public long-tail boat from::
- Ao Nang Beach: GPS
- Ao Nam Mao Pier: GPS
Estimated fare: THB 150–200 per person, per way
Departure requirement: Minimum 6–8 passengers, or private charter
Operating hours: 06:00–21:00 hrs.
Boat services are subject to availability and weather conditions. Guests are advised to contact the boat operator in advance.
