● Our Signature Course includes:
– 14 exquisite pieces of sushi, featuring tuna in three Edomae styles, Hokkaido sea urchin (uni), seared scallop, blackthroat seaperch (nodoguro), and more.
– A guided experience that helps you understand the history, techniques, and philosophy behind authentic Edomae sushi.
● Children aged 2 and under cannot be booked online. Please contact us with your preferred date and time before booking, so that we can review whether we are able to accommodate your request.
● Children aged 3-12 can book our Kids Plan, which includes access to the Kids' Room. Please note that when other guests are present, children on the Kids Plan will be seated in the Kids' Room or at a kids' table, not at the sushi counter. Alternatively, they may also opt for the same Signature Experience Plan as adults.
● Our bilingual staff, fluent in English and Japanese, will fully support you throughout your experience.
