Welcome to Pilar, our sky-high restaurant nestled at Kurobishi-daira, 1,680 meters above sea level, at the very top of Happo-One Ski Resort! We offer our chef's signature authentic Italian course menu, featuring generous portions of local ingredients. Enjoy a relaxing time while taking in the majestic mountain views.

★ Due to ongoing staffing shortages during the winter season, we have determined that it is difficult to provide a satisfactory service to our customers. Therefore, we are temporarily suspending reservations from December to mid-January. We will notify you on our official social media accounts when we resume accepting reservations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

[About Our Restaurant]
● Our restaurant is located at the end of the Alpen Quad Lift at Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort.
It takes approximately 30 minutes from the gondola to the lift to reach our restaurant. Please allow plenty of time.

★When riding the lift or gondola, if you are only dining at our restaurant and not skiing or snowboarding, you can ride at a special price (advance reservation required). Simply mention "I'm reserving Pilar" at the gondola ticket counter, receive your pass, and then proceed to the restaurant. Please note that if you plan to ski, snowboard, etc., you will need to purchase a regular ticket.

●The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Business days may change without notice due to other circumstances, such as temporary closures.

●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.

●If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are running late.

●For reservations of 10 or more people, please call the restaurant directly at 026-172-8438 or send us a direct message on Instagram.

●We do not accept children under 12 years of age.

[Cancellation Policy]
● For cancellations or changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of arrival:

24 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation fee

48 hours in advance: 50% of the reservation fee

● The lift may be closed due to weather. In such cases, the restaurant may cancel your reservation due to its own circumstances. Please note in advance. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
