●If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
- About the bathing tax -
●According to the ordinance of Nozawa Onsen Village, those who stay or dine at our inn are subject to a bathing tax regardless of whether they use the hot springs.
The tax for day-trip dining is 50 yen per adult. Our inn will collect and pay the tax on behalf of the village.
