■About reservations
※As we are a reservation-only restaurant, people without reservations or outside of reservation times cannot enter the restaurant.
※Please contact us for reservations of 9 or more people. (We can accommodate private reservations)
※We charge a cancellation fee of 100% on the day, 80% the day before, and 50% the day before (from midnight). In addition, if you reserve a private room, we charge 30% 7 days in advance (from midnight). Thank you for your understanding.
※If you do not contact us more than 15 minutes after the reservation time, the reservation will be canceled and you will be required to pay the cancellation fee.
※Request to customers... Many customers request private rooms at our restaurant. When reserving a private room, we reserve the room and refuse other customers. Please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. In addition, as the number of seats is limited, we may have to refuse customers who have a history of cancellations.
■About visiting the restaurant
※During dinner time, we serve course meals, so please avoid overly casual clothing (sneakers, sandals, shorts, etc. are generally not allowed). ※Children under 6 years old are not allowed to enter the restaurant. Also, since there is no children's menu, you will have to order the same menu as adults.
*Due to preparation, you may not be able to enter the restaurant earlier than your reservation time. In addition, for plans with a limit on your stay time, you cannot use the restaurant before or after your reservation time. Please inform your companions as well. (There are cases where your companions arrive too early or are more than 30 minutes late without knowing.) Weekdays from 17:00 to 18:00 and weekends and holidays from 17:00 to 18:30 (closed completely) Please be careful of the door opening time.
*If you are late for the course meal, we may not be able to serve all the dishes and you may have to start halfway through. Since we prepare the dishes according to the reservation time, we cannot change the time on the day.
■ About inquiries
*We may not be able to connect the phone due to our regular holidays, congestion, or progress. Since we are closed on Mondays, we cannot answer the phone, so please contact us by email for cancellations, etc. (Irregular holidays due to complete reservation system)
