Thank you for choosing Shatoburian. Due to our limited seating, we require all guests to please note: that a valid credit card is required to confirm bookings online or by telephone. The reservation will auto cancel once the time limit to key the details expire. We will not charge your credit card unless specified.
A cancellation fee/ penalty of SG $100 (excluding tax) per person will be applied to any cancellation or changes made less than 6 hours before the reservation time or for any "No-Shows".
We are a kid-friendly establishment however, we do seek your understanding to ensure that the other guests are not disturbed. For special occasions, you may bring your own cake but, please avoid bringing cakes that exudes aroma (e.g. Durian Cake). Also, do prepare sufficient ice packs if required as we do not cater a space in our freezers or fridges. Lastly, our corkage charges are $40 for every 750ml and below.
