・FARO accepts reservations for the current month until the end of the next 2 months.
・If you are late to your reservation time, definitely inform us via phone call. If we are unable to hear from you more than 30 minutes, we may cancel your reservation.
・If you cancel on the day of your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the meal (tax included, service charge not included).
Allergy ＆ Menu Policy （Please read the following information before making your reservation.）
・Please let us know each person's food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 2 days before your reservation.At our restaurant each menu is crafted to express a distinct culinary concept that blends Italian tradition with contemporary creativity.
Vegan course We kindly ask our guest selecting the Vegan menu to note that we are unable to accommodate nuts or gluten allergies, as these ingredients are integral to the philosophy and preparation of our plant-based dishes.
Gastronomy course Our regular menu features SEAFOOD as a central element in most of its courses. Therefore, we warmly recommend guests who do not consume seafood to choose the VEGAN MENU instead.

・We have a dress code and smart casual is recommended. Please refrain from visiting the restaurant in casual clothing (shorts, sandals, etc.).
・We want all guests to feel comfortable,so we kindly ask that strong perfumes be avoided during your visit.
・Children aged 10 and over are allowed. Also, children are charged for the regular menu price.
