*Reception, use of the changing room and departure from the pool area are included in the above times.
*Last admission is 1 hour before the end of each section.

* Cancellation fee of 100% will be charged for general cancellations after 15:00 the day before, and VIP seats from 2 days before.
* Please note that the pool may be closed even during business hours due to inclement weather. No refunds will be made in such cases.
* Due to local cultural sensitivity, please ensure the noticeable body tattoos is covered.
* Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
* Admission fees include tax, and use of towel and locker.
* Swimsuits and goggles are not available for rent.
* When shooting, please be considerate of the people around you. It is not permitted to take pictures of other customers without permission.
* For safety reasons, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
* Children under 6 years old are free of admission charge. (Swim diapers and swimsuits are required)
* It is not permitted to bring food and drink into the pool facilities.
* Please be careful when swimming if you are under the influence of alcohol.
