[Reservations] ▶Restaurant reservations are accepted up to three months in advance. ▶Reservations including overnight stays are accepted up to four months in advance.
You will be asked for your card number when you make a reservation, but your card will not be charged except for the cancellation fee. Payment can be made by another card or cash upon arrival.
▶Seating Information We do not accept seating requests at the time of reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
- Round tables will be used for parties of up to four. - Reservations for one person or five or more people must be made by phone. - Private rooms will be available for parties of five to six (windowless rooms, no private room fee applies), and parties of seven or more will be split into two tables. - If you select a private room for parties of two to four, an additional private room fee of ¥3,300 will be charged.
▶As we only offer course meals, we ask in advance about any allergies or food preferences. Please confirm with everyone in your party and make sure to let us know in advance. We may not be able to accommodate same-day requests. *We may be unable to accommodate reservations for people with severe allergies or those with a wide range of food intolerances. {Examples} All seafood, all meat, dairy products, low-carb diets, etc.
▶ If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.
▶Cancellation Policy A cancellation fee applies 5 days in advance for overnight reservations and 3 days in advance for dining reservations.
▶About Children ・We accept reservations for elementary school children and above. (Reservations must be made by phone.) ・Example Meal: - Kids' Plate for younger elementary school children: ¥2,750 (tax and service charge included) - Half portions of the regular course menu are available for elementary school children only, starting from ¥6,900.
About Reservations for Our Special New Year's Eve Meals Please select "1" for the number of people, "December 31st" for the date, and the time to reserve your New Year's Eve meal.
