ark LOUNGE & BAR is the first cocktail bar from the Tohoku region to be included in
"Asia's 50 Best Bars 2021 Best 100".
The aim is to create a "local mixology" that expresses the local climate, history, and culture in cocktails.
The owner, Mr. Toshiyuki Kubo, has won numerous cocktail competitions 14 times and participated in the world competition 5 times.
He is also active as an advisor to culinary schools and restaurants, and as an S&B CURRY AMBASSADOR.
