Kusina is a vibrant and colorful all-day interactive buffet restaurant that serves an eclectic mix of sustainable and organic dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Located on the third floor of the hotel, the restaurant features a hearty and nutritious breakfast that evolves to a more Filipino offering during lunch and dinner with a focus on fresh seafood and both local and international flavors. Savor the catch of the day every evening and have it cooked to your liking “dampa style: whilst enjoying the chefs’ skills in our extensive open kitchens.
Aside from the main restaurant, Kusina has 1 private dining room that seats 40-50 diners. As well, Kusina offers a kids corner with lots of activities.
