1. Self-pick up menu items are shown in net price, no service charge is required. Self-pickup orders will be ready for pickup at The Chinese Restaurant, 3/F.
2. Self-pickup orders are available from 11am to 9pm.
3. Once an order is received, the hotel team will contact guests for order confirmation and payment (Cash or credit card is acceptable for payment upon pickup).
4. Full payment must be made upon confirmation of ordering casserole takeaway. Once confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or refund of the order is allowed.
5. Orders should be placed within 2 hours prior to the pick up time for Walk-in only. Casserole takeaway should be placed 24 hours in advance.
6. For any food allergies or intolerances, please notify the hotel team at time of order.
7. The sale and supply of intoxicating liquor to minors under 18 years old is prohibited.
8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers or discounts.
9. Guests can earn K Dollar or World of Hyatt points upon purchase.
