新緑がきらめく5月。奈良の茶農家はいよいよ一番茶の収穫期を迎えます。茶摘みの季節のアフタヌーンティーは“茶聖” 上久保淳一さん率いる「上久保茶園」とのコラボレーションでご提供。茶の濃厚な香りと甘く芳醇な味わいにぴったりなセイヴォリー、スイーツメニューをご用意いたしました。注目は、上久保茶園の緑茶を使用したチーズケーキ。緑茶の渋みとクリームチーズの酸味が見事なハーモニーを奏でます。その味わいを支えるのは奈良産の蜂蜜。
