[Regarding Reservation Cancellations]
The following cancellation fees will apply depending on the number of guests.
-1 to 3 people: 100% cancellation fee on the day
-4 to 9 people: 50% cancellation fee 2 days in advance, 100% cancellation fee 1 day in advance
-10 people or more: 50% cancellation fee 10 days in advance, 100% cancellation fee
*During festive seasons, Golden Week, etc., a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 3 days in advance, regardless of the number of people in your reservation.
