Using plenty of carefully selected seasonal ingredients, we have created a creative modern French dish full of a sense of the season. Maitake mushroom soup - the fragrance of the forest - A simple and deep soup with a layered umami and aroma that extracts the umami of mushrooms from various sources. □Yatsuhashi～Restaurant ai～ A unique Kyoto dish made with homemade unbaked yatsuhashi dough and French spices □Fresh fish roasted ~Pasteurized~ Using classic equipment such as frying pans and ovens , Ultimate pasteurization done with the latest culinary science □Venison selected by the roast chef of Honshu deer in Miyazaki Prefecture who fell in love and went to the site to quickly process it by local craftsmen. A traditional French sauce accented with Japanese pepper from Kyoto Hararyokaku. Jasmine and lavender dessert VALRHONA IVOIRE 35% Cacao. A gentle scent that makes you want to smell it on a plate.
