We will offer sake tastings (three recommended varieties) from four Niigata City breweries and a Japanese and Western buffet featuring Niigata ingredients.
Participating breweries include DHC Sake Brewery, Sasaiwai Sake Brewery, Ishimoto Sake Brewery, and Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery, each of which will offer a selection of their recommended sake.
Eleven Niigata City breweries not participating will also offer one representative brand.
The food will be prepared using Niigata ingredients and produced by Honorary Chef Setsue Morimoto, a "local producer and consumer craftsman."
