▶ We cannot guarantee window tables or specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
▶ Please refrain from booking two plans together at the same time, with the exception of the cake reservation.
▶ Please contact us if you are not able to arrive at the estimated time of the reservation. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled.
▶ Menu items and prices may change without prior notice depending on availability.
▶ All prices are inclusive of tax and subject to a 15% service charge.
▶ We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing the following garments at New York Grill: Dress shorts (restricted after 5 pm); beach sandals; male sportswear such as training jerseys, tank tops or other sleeveless garments.
▶ While using the hotel's restaurants and bars, we kindly ask that guests taking photos give due consideration to the privacy and comfort of others. In the interest of ensuring the enjoyment and privacy of other guests, please understand that we may on occasion approach you regarding the use of cameras and/or other recording equipment.
▶Please note that online limited plans cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits / discounts.

【Cancellation Policy】
The following charges will apply for cancellations (please note that separate conditions apply for parties of 10 persons or more):
・2 days prior to the reservation date: 50% of the menu price
・1 day prior and on the day of the reservation: 100% of the menu price
Should you need to cancel within 2 days of your reservation, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone.

▶ Please highlight any food allergies or dietary requirements to us upon reservation. We will do our best to meet your needs however this may not be possible should you have multiple dietary requirements or if we receive your request on the day you visit us.
▶ Please let us know if your party includes children who require a high chair or if you enter the restaurant with baby strollers. Kindly note that high chairs are subject to availability.
It would also be appreciated if you could tell us your children's age.

▶For special occasions, we can prepare a complimentary message plate (up to 8 words) and candles with your dessert. Please let us know your chosen message at least one day before your reservation date.
