Excessive use of perfume is not allowed. In cases where attire is deemed overly casual or emits a strong fragrance, entry may be denied at the discretion of our staff. ◆ Age restrictions ◆ Only guests aged 13 and above may enter. (Please order the same course for everyone in your group.) ◆ Seat requests are merely suggestions and cannot be guaranteed. ◆ We do not offer vegetarian, vegan, kosher, or gluten-free courses; therefore, reservations for such requests cannot be accepted. Please understand this in advance. ◆ Depending on any ingredients you dislike or are allergic to, we may be unable to accept your reservation. Guests with allergies should consult our staff directly by phone. Please also note that we might not be able to accommodate all requests. ◆ Cancellation policy: Starting at 3:00 PM the day before, cancellations incur a 100% fee (the full cost of the course per person will be charged). ◆ For groups of 5 or more, please contact the restaurant directly. Unlike our standard policy, a 100% cancellation fee applies starting one week prior to the reservation date. ◆ ※ For Christmas courses only, a 100% cancellation fee applies starting one week prior to the reservation date. ◆ Guests with time constraints should inform us in advance and discuss course options with our staff over the phone. ◆ For solo diners, preparing a course for just one person (especially fish or meat dishes) may be difficult; in such cases, modifications will be made. Please understand this in advance. ◆ For private room usage, there is a room charge of 10,000 yen under normal circumstances; however, from December 19 (Fri) to December 30 (Wed), this fee increases to 15,000 yen.
