We're located in Mitatsunamachi, a luxurious residential area with a long history. You'll immediately sense the calm atmosphere, enhanced by the chic, refreshing wooden interior motifs. We have booth seats where our guests can watch the chefs hand-knead the soba, as well as counter seats, table seats and private rooms.
We offer flavors that are simple yet profound. Our soba is made using high quality wheat from Hokkaido, ground with a stone mill and hand-kneaded with great care. Our traditional soba is a rare chance to get a taste of centuries old Edo cuisine, perfectly paired with sake of the highest tier.
Soba is our specialty, but our Kaiseki dishes are also impressive. Our chefs create each dish with great care, embracing the legacy of our restaurant. Our soba is rich and our ingredients change seasonally, always in tune with nature. We have three private rooms and the restaurant can be booked for private events as well.
