1. Reservation Deposit: A deposit of 2,500 THB per person is required to secure your reservation.
2. Table Hold Policy: We kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your reservation as tables will be held for 15 minutes from the reservation time. After 15 minutes, if you have not arrived, we may need to release your table to accommodate other guests. Please understand that in such cases, we won't be able to offer a refund for the reservation deposit.
3. Table Assignment Policy: While we make every effort to accommodate seating preferences and requests, please be advised that specific table assignments are not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the reservation time will be non-refundable.
5. Special Dietary Requirements and Allergies: Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements or allergies you may have. While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, special requests cannot be guaranteed.
6. Group Reservations Over 6 Persons: For group reservations with over 6 persons, kindly contact the restaurant directly (WhatsApp +66 633088262).
7. Children Policy: At Su Va Na, we are committed to ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all our guests. To facilitate this, we have implemented the following children policy: - Under 7 Years Old: For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we provide a supervised play area within the restaurant, merely steps away from the table. Our certified nanny will ensure a safe and engaging experience for your little ones while you dine. Additionally, the nanny may bring the child to and from the parent's table if necessary. Please note that this service is mandatory for children under 7, with a fee of 1500 THB per child. - 7-12 Years Old: Young diners aged 7-12 will be delighted with our special kid's menu. - 12 Years and Above: Guests aged 12 and above will be considered as adults and can explore our regular menu offerings.
8. Corkage Fee: For wine and champagne brought into the restaurant, the fee is set at 1000 THB per bottle. Alternatively, Su Va Na offers an extensive and reasonably priced wine selection designed to complement your wining and dining experience. Corkage for hard liquor is 2000 THB per bottle.
