Booking Policy

Dear Omakase Enthusiast,

Thanks for choosing to dine at Sushi Masa!

We are an intimate space of 8 counter seats surrounding Chef Masa.
Sushi Masa operates with a single seating each evening, ensuring every guest enjoys an unhurried and dedicated omakase experience.

In our commitment to serving fresh produce procured from Japan, a pre-authorisation hold is needed to secure your reservation. Kindly note that this is not a pre-payment.

- For our regular seasonal menu and festive menu, a pre-authorisation hold of $150 per person is required to secure your reservation.

This hold will be released upon arrival. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 72 hours of the reservation, the respective amount will be charged to the card provided.

Our cancellation policy
- No charges for cancellations made 3 days before the reservation date
- The pre-authorised amount will be charged for cancellations within 72 hours or in the event of no-show

Kindly let us know if you have any food restrictions or preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
We regret that we are unable to offer vegetarian and fully cooked options.
