Cancellation Policy
For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of your visit.
18 hours before: 100% of the reservation fee.
Information for customers
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seating.
●If we are unable to contact you after 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
●For reservations of 9 or more people, please contact the store directly.
●You can choose your child's menu when you visit the store on the day. If you would like to have the same course as an adult, please include the child in the number of adults when making a reservation. ●A la carte customers can make reservations by phone. *A la carte seats will be provided at tables.
● Please refrain from using strong-smelling perfumes or cosmetics when visiting our store.
●If you are a large person and would like a table seat, we can provide you with a spacious table seat, so please write it in the remarks column.
●We are also open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Please make a reservation by phone.
