About Reservations
● Reservations are mandatory at our restaurant.
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences.
● If we are unable to reach you after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
● Even on dates where reservations aren’t available online, it’s possible that seats may still be available if you contact the restaurant directly.

Private Bookings
A private booking is possible for groups of 6–8 people at our private counter seating area.
Those interested in a private booking should contact us by phone.

Cancellations
● Please contact the restaurant directly when canceling a reservation. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
・24 hours prior: 100% of the meal cost
・48 hours prior: 50% of the meal cost

※ Phone inquiries are accepted starting July 24.
※ For phone reservations, calls between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM are more likely to be answered. After 5:00 PM, we remain open for business, so it may be difficult to respond to calls; please understand this in advance.
