About Reservations Minamisenba Sushiyoshi is a small sushi restaurant with only eight counter seats. To ensure a comfortable dining experience for everyone, please review the following information before making your reservation. ▶ IMPORTANT: PAYMENT Your card registered at the time of booking will not be charged for your meal. Please pay for your meal at the restaurant on the day of your visit. ▶ ARRIVAL You may enter the restaurant approximately 10 minutes before your reservation time. Depending on our preparation, we may ask you to wait until shortly before your reservation. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance. ▶ ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS Please check with everyone in your party and inform us in advance of any allergies or ingredients you cannot eat. We are unable to accommodate vegan or gluten-free requests. We do not serve fried dishes or meat dishes. We are also unable to accommodate extensive dietary restrictions or changes requested on the day of your visit. ▶ CHILDREN Guests aged 13 and over are required to order the same full course as adults. For children aged 12 and under, please contact us before making a reservation. ▶ DINING ETIQUETTE We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others so that everyone can enjoy their dining experience. Smoking is prohibited throughout the restaurant. Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, bringing outside food or drinks, or requesting separate bills. ▶ CHANGES & INQUIRIES For changes in the number of guests, delays, or other inquiries, please contact us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp. ▶ CANCELLATION POLICY Within 48 hours of your reservation: 50% Within 24 hours of your reservation or no-show: 100% The same cancellation policy applies if the number of guests in your party decreases. Please note that in unavoidable circumstances, we may need to request a change or cancellation of your reservation.
