A new take on the traditional flavors of Kaga cuisine
A restaurant with a garden and relaxing private rooms

We are located in Shinagawa Goos, in front of Shinagawa Station, in a tranquil environment away from the city noise. Once you walk in, you will see a brightly lit room with seats and a view of the garden. We also have private rooms for special events: five Western rooms with tables and chairs and two traditional Japanese rooms.

Enjoy seasonal delights with traditional Kaga cuisine

Kaga cuisine is a fusion of Kaga culture and Kyoto’s kaiseki cuisine developed in Kanazawa. We make Kaga cuisine using modern techniques to fully bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The seasonal dishes are served in traditional Kutani pottery. An exquisite dining experience with dishes prepared, arranged and served with care.

We cherish the ingredients' natural flavors

We use vegetables from Kaga, bounty of the sea from the northern regions, and organic salt from Ishikawa Prefecture, which was designated as an agricultural heritage site in 2006. We serve sake selected by our chief chef, including the original label Chikuha that goes perfectly with our dishes. We also have high quality sake from Kaga, including Chosen and the rare sweet potato shochu Moriizo.
