Tanaka Shuzo is one of the few sake breweries that are using the unique, historical 400-year-old Ishikakeshiki Tenbinshibori (Rock balance sake press) method. Indulge in a meticulously curated menu featuring Autumn Katsuo Tataki, Foie Gras Daikon, and a selection of main courses including Wagyu and Gindara Hobayaki, each paired with a premium Tanaka Shuzo sake. Conclude the evening with a delightful S’mores Tartlet paired with Mars Iwai Whisky.
