Accessibility Notice Please note that the restaurant is located on the 2nd and loft floors without elevator access. We regret that the space is not wheelchair-accessible.
Credit Card Authorisation (For Regular Menus) A $25 per person credit card authorisation is required to secure your reservation. This is a temporary hold only and will be automatically released within 24 hours of your reservation date. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days for the release to appear on your statement.
Cancellation Policy For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time (or 60 hours for special events), or in the event of a no-show, the credit card authorisation hold will be charged.
Table Holding Time Tables are held for a grace period of 15 minutes. Arrivals beyond this time may result in the table being released to other guests, and seating will be subject to the next available table.
Dining Duration Tables are reserved for 2 hours from the booking time. Extensions may be granted but are subject to availability. For late seatings, the reservation duration may be adjusted to align with restaurant closing hours.
Special Requests While we strive to accommodate special requests, they are not guaranteed. Seating arrangements, including potential allocation to bar seats, are at our discretion.
Corkage Charge We charge a corkage fee of $40++ for a bottle of sake/wine (720ml/750ml) and $60++ for a bottle of liquor. This fee is waived when you order a similar size bottle from us.
