BOOKING POLICY
- Minimum spending payment will be settled in advance and will be non-refundable
- There is no discount offered on any beverage menu items.
- All bills are subjected to tax & service.
- Holding table time is 60 minutes. Prior notification of late arrival by call or WhatsApp is a MUST
- Without prior notification, after 60 minutes from original booking the reservation will be cancelled, and the table will be sold for another guest.
- In the case of lousy weather, the reservation will be allocated without any guarantee and subject to availability.
- Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability upon arrival
KIDS POLICY
- Kids are allowed until 3 pm only at UTOPIA
TOWEL POLICY
- Guests with Day Bed, Sofa, or Booth bookings will receive 1 complimentary towel per person, based on the maximum capacity
of the booking.
Additional towels are available for IDR 50,000 each
- Guests without Day Bed, Sofa, or Booth minimum spend bookings will be charged IDR 50,000 per towel.
Towel tokens can be purchased from any of our floor staff or cashier counters. Please return all used towels back to the towel counter.
