CANCELATION POLICY : - Please note that the payment of your reservation is non-refundable, even in the case of inclement weather. We will re-allocate your reservation without any guarantee of alternative seating option and the minimum spend still applies. - Customers will not receive any form of refund. - Your payment will be treated as a floating deposit, should you reschedule the reservation, the rate will refer to the reschedule rate. The reservation can be modified for reschedule.
CHILDREN POLICY : Children are welcome at White Rock Beach Club, please observe following regulations at all times. 1. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a Responsible adult as all times 2. Children pool is allocated for age 2-5 year old 3. Children are to remain dressed throughout the day and wear appropriate swimwear if using the pool
FOOD & BEVERAGES POLICY : Outside food & beverages are not allowed inside the venue. Please leave them with Security and you may claim them back on way out.

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY : Smartphone cameras are welcome at White Rock Beach Club. We do not permit hand-held cameras, video cameras and drones for privacy and security reasons. Please leave these equipment inside your vehicle or with Security and you may claim them back on way out. The permit of the professional photo or video taking inside the venue should be arranged in advance to our Marketing team.
