【How to Reserve the BBQ Area】 ① Please read the important notes on this page. ② Select the date, time, number of people, and area to use. After entering the details, click "Continue Reservation." ③ If you are bringing your own items, enter the seat fee per person according to age. For the "No-Need-to-Bring-Anything" plan or all-you-can-drink options, enter the number of people using these services. ※ The "No-Need-to-Bring-Anything" plan is available for groups of two or more people. ※ The "No-Need-to-Bring-Anything" BBQ plan can be reserved only in the Wood Deck Area or Rooftop Area and must be booked at least three days in advance. ※ We cannot accept menu additions or changes in the request field. Thank you for your understanding. ※ For area details, please click here. ④ Click "Proceed to Next Step." ⑤ Enter the required information and click "Confirm Reservation" to complete your booking.
【Notes on Seating】 ・If you book for more people than the listed capacity, the group will be seated separately, but we will try to place the seats next to each other. ・We do not accept specific seat requests.
【Group Reservations】 ・WEB reservations can be made for up to 25 people. ・For groups of 26 or more, please consult with us by phone.
【Changing or Cancelling Your Order】 ・To change or cancel your order, please cancel your reservation and rebook it online. ・Please note that cancellations cannot be made by phone.
【If You Are Running Late】 ・If we cannot contact you 30 minutes after your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled. ・Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.
【In Case of Bad Weather】 ・If we judge that the weather is dangerous, we may cancel the event on short notice. Please be aware of this. ・We cannot accommodate changes to seating due to bad weather on the day of the event. ・If cancellation is decided for customers in the Park Area or Rooftop Area, we will notify you via SMS.
