White Sari MealThe star of the show is “Meitoku Rice,” a premium brand rice from Meitoku Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture, which has earned the title of Japan’s best rice. This exquisite rice is carefully cooked in earthenware pots for each order, using spring water from Mount Aso in Kumamoto. The moment the lid is lifted, fragrant steam fills the air, and the beautifully glossy grains of this silver-hued rice are simply delicious.
The concept here is not “side dishes to go with rice,” but rather “an experience to enjoy alongside rice.” To freshly cooked silver-hued rice, you can freely add and customize an array of top-quality accompaniments—including first-harvest nori from Ariake Sea, specially selected eggs labeled “Yume-ou,” Hakata mentaiko, as well as Wagyu beef and seafood. You might even discover unexpected delights, such as pairing it with olive oil or black pepper. It’s an interactive menu perfect for social media, offering new flavor combinations no matter how many times you visit.
A variety of toppings are also available: Ultimate white dessert toppings. Meitoku beef yukke, Meitoku beef hamburger, Meitoku beef sukiyaki, Meitoku beef shabu-shabu, simmered beef tendon. Caviar, dried skate roe, unagi, premium tuna, fresh uni.

White Hare and Hamburger SetThe star of the show is “Meitoku Rice,” a premium brand rice from Meitoku Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture, which has earned the title of Japan’s best rice. This exquisite rice is carefully cooked in a clay pot for each order, using spring water from Mount Aso in Kumamoto. The steam that rises the moment the lid is lifted, along with each grain’s shiny, silvery appearance, makes for an unparalleled deliciousness.
Paired with this is a hamburger made 100% from Meitoku beef. Only black Wagyu cattle raised by “Ushino Nakayama,” Japan’s top Wagyu breeder, are used. To bring out the meat’s full flavor, it’s served rare, leaving the center slightly pink. As soon as you cut into it, juices flow out; the natural sweetness and aroma of the Wagyu fill your mouth. With every bite, you experience its rich, robust flavor and the lingering aftertaste left by its fine fat. Enjoying this alongside freshly cooked rice further enhances the individual delights of both meat and rice.
A variety of toppings are also available: The ultimate white caviar topping. Meitoku beef yukke, Meitoku beef hamburger, Meitoku beef sukiyaki, Meitoku beef shabu-shabu, and braised beef tendon. Caviar, dried mullet roe, eel, premium tuna, and fresh sea urchin.
