■Reservations Reservations are accepted online only. You may book a table until the end of the month, three months in advance. Please note that reservations open on the 1st day of each month at 12:00 a.m. (Japan time).
■Arrival Time Please arrive by 11:50 for lunch, or by 17:50 for dinner. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
■Cancellation Policy 7 days to 4 days before: 30% 3 days to 2 days before: 50% 1 day before and on the day: 100% For take-out orders, same-day cancellations incur a 100% fee.
■Private Dining Available for 7 or 8 guests. For groups of 7, if there is already one guest booked, the dining room will be private. To check availability, try booking for 8 guests online. If available, a private reservation for 7 is also possible.
■Allergies We kindly ask guests with buckwheat (soba) allergies not to dine with us, as many of our dishes contain soba and alternatives cannot be provided. If you have multiple or severe allergies, we may not be able to accept your reservation.
■Children Children of elementary school age and above are welcome, provided they can enjoy the same course as adults.
For private bookings: Children not ordering the course may accompany you, and it is possible to bring their own meals.
For non-private bookings: Babysitting service is available in a separate building for children from 0 years old. Includes 3.5 hours of care and a meal, for ¥8,800 (tax included). Please select from the menu when booking.
