Cafe Reservations ● We regret to inform you that we can only accept cafe reservations online through our website (until 11 PM the day before your desired visit). We are unable to accept reservations by phone. ● When making a reservation, a credit card number and expiration date are required. A temporary hold of ¥200 will be placed per reservation as a deposit (credit authorization). (For debit cards, the amount will be charged and refunded later.) ● We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. Thank you for your understanding. ● For reservations of 9 or more guests, please contact us at the phone number below. ● Table use is limited to a maximum of 8 guests and up to 2 hours. ●Please make your reservation for the total number of guests including children. Use of a stroller will also be counted as one person.
Cancellation Policy ●On the day of your reservation, if 30 minutes pass after your scheduled time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply. A cancellation fee will also be charged for no-shows without notice. (Cancellation fee: ¥5,000 per person)
