About Reservations ● For reservations of four or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly. ● Please note that we cannot accommodate specific seating requests. Guests with children under elementary school age may only use private rooms.
About Visiting the Restaurant ● As our space is designed for enjoying meals, wine, and coffee, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume. ● If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your booking. If you will be late, please contact us in advance. ● Our restaurant has parking spaces available for up to 4 cars.
About Inquiries ● For cancellations or changes, please contact us between 12:00 and 19:00 on business days. We cannot respond to inquiries via phone or messages (including social media) on our holidays. ● Our cancellation policy: - Same-day cancellations: 100% of the meal cost will be charged. - Cancellations the day before: 70% of the meal cost will be charged. ● For inquiries regarding private reservations, special dates, or course reservations, please contact the restaurant directly.
