AGE REQUIREMENT Baia is a 21-and-above venue.
RESERVATION TIMING We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that, it may be released to guests on our waiting list.
WEATHER POLICY Outdoor reservations are rain-or-shine. Cancellations due to weather are non-refundable.
DRESS CODE Smart casual attire is required. Gym wear, slippers, and flip-flops are not permitted for men or women.
PAYMENT Baia is a cashless establishment. Major credit cards and PayNow are accepted.
CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE (CCG) For reservations of 6 guests or more, a credit card authorization of $30 per person is required. This is a hold only—no charge will be made unless applicable cancellation terms are not met.
For groups of 6 to 15 guests, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge.
For groups larger than 15, please email us at book@baia.sg for special arrangements.
NO-SHOW POLICY If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us, your reservation will be considered a no-show. A $30 per person fee will be charged to the card used to secure the booking. You will receive an email notification of any charges made.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Seating is assigned based on availability, with special requests accommodated at Baia management’s discretion. Dining duration is 90 minutes, with extensions available upon prior request and confirmation.
