“Carré de Beurre” is one of mærge’s signature offerings. Meaning “square of butter” in French, it features an open-faced croissant made with organic butter from Ohmu Dairy, known for its rich and fragrant aroma. Guests can choose their preferred combination from seven seasonal toppings, including caviar, herbs with fermented cream, and rillettes.
