Scheduled to open on August 6, 2026. Located in a renovated traditional Japanese house built in 1868 (Meiji 1), the restaurant will serve charcoal-grilled dishes and sukiyaki using the famous Matsusaka beef, presented in a kaiseki (traditional multi-course) style. Each dish will be prepared right in front of you at the counter seats, allowing you to enjoy it fresh.
