[Food Allergy Policy]
Our restaurants and banquet halls only accommodate food allergies to eight items (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts).
Guests who wish to accommodate one of these eight items must notify us in advance.
As guest safety is our top priority, we cannot accommodate items other than these eight items.
Please be aware of points 1 through 4 below and use your discretion when using our facilities.
1. Because all food and beverages at our restaurant are handled in the same environment, it is not possible to completely prevent trace amounts of allergens other than the ingredients used.
2. Our allergen information is based on the ingredients used and ingredient information (food labeling) from manufacturers, etc.
3. If it is difficult to provide safe food and drinks to customers, we may refuse service.
4. Some restaurants cannot accommodate allergies.
