▶ Food Allergy Policy
Food allergy accommodation at our restaurants and banquet facilities is limited to the following eight allergens: shrimp (えび), crab (かに), walnut (くるみ), wheat (小麦), buckwheat/soba (そば), egg (卵), milk (乳), and peanut (落花生).
If you require accommodation for any of these eight allergens, please notify us in advance. For the safety of our guests, we are unable to accommodate allergens outside of this list.
Please read and accept items 1–4 below before making your own decision to use our services:
1. All food and beverages are handled in the same kitchen environment, so we cannot completely eliminate the risk of trace contamination from allergens other than the listed ingredients.
2. Our allergen information is provided based on the ingredients we use and ingredient information obtained from manufacturers (food labeling).
3. If we determine that we cannot safely provide food or beverages for a guest, we may refuse service.
4. Some outlets may not be able to provide allergy accommodations.

- Sales will end once planned quantities are reached. Thank you for your understanding.
- The pickup location may change.
- Discounts and special offers cannot be combined.
- For reservations of f３ or more boxes, please contact the restaurant directly.
- If more than 60 minutes elapse from your reserved pickup time without contact, the restaurant may call you.
- Depending on business conditions, the pickup location could be changed.
