<About Reservations>
- Online reservations can be made up to two months in advance.
・Please contact us by phone if you wish to make a reservation more than two months in advance, for parties of seven or more , or if you have any special requests.
・About visiting with small children We usually only allow children of elementary school age or older to visit for the main dining. If you are visiting with infants or preschool children, we have a private room available in the building next to the store, so please make a reservation by phone. (Room fee applies) Tel. 075-533-6063

・Credit card information is required at the time of reservation, but no payment will be made at that point. Please pay the actual fee on the day of reservation.
・If you register a debit card, the fee will be debited from your account immediately upon confirmation of the reservation. The debited amount will be refunded later unless any cancellation fee is charged.

■CANCELLATION POLICY
We value the ingredients that our growers produced for us. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation 48 hours before the reservation time
▶▶50% payment of the meal will be charged from your registered credit card.

Cancellation 24 hours before the reservation time or no-show
▶▶100% payment of the meal will be charged from your registered credit card.

・We have a separate cancellation policy for parties of 20 or more people. Please contact the restaurant for details.

・If you have any allergies to ingredients, please let us know in advance.
*If you let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, while we can accommodate single allergies such as "shrimp allergies," we may not be able to fully accommodate allergens such as wheat, which may be contained in seasonings. Please contact us in advance by email or phone.
・Changes and cancellations to your reservation can be made by phone.
