▶ If you can not contact us after 15 minutes of reservation, please be sure to contact us if you are late as it may be treated as cancellation treatment unavoidably.

About cancellation ◆
We will charge 100% if there is no contact on the day.
When it is delayed more than 30 minutes from reservation time it may be automatically canceled.
