The "Discover Kanagawa" course menu, which will help you discover the charms of Kanagawa Prefecture, lavishly incorporates "local production for local consumption," one of the hotel's concepts, and offers dishes that will stimulate all five senses, using seasonal ingredients that Kanagawa Prefecture is proud of, tender octopus from Miura and fresh fish from the Misaki Fishing Port. For dessert, we offer "Sushi with Sweets Creation" with walnut caramel sauce from the menu in collaboration with Kamakura Beniya. Please enjoy the unique flavors that discover the charms of Kanagawa Prefecture while preserving the traditions of Japanese cuisine.

On Friday, May 17th, we will be holding a one-night-only "Sake Party" with Koganei Sake Brewery, the only sake brewery in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which boasts a history of over 200 years. Based on the concept of local production for local consumption, Waterline's head chef Amata Uchi prepares six seasonal dishes, including ``5 types of sake appetizers'' and ``Saikyo hot pot with Yamayuri pork and bamboo shoots.'' Koganei Sake Brewery offers 5 types of sake, including aperitifs other than sake. Additionally, on the day of the event, we will have a guest speaker, Mr. Yosuke Kogane, the managing director of the brewery, who will talk about how to taste sake that you don't usually hear about and his passion for sake brewing. Please spend a luxurious time with the marriage of unique Japanese sake and Japanese food.
