Furimon-do Course

You can savor the different textures and flavors of each cut: thickly sliced thigh and breast meat, harami, seseri with shiso leaves, tsukune, and white offal.
There’s also charcoal-blanched mung bean sprouts and seasonal vegetables tempura for a palate cleanser, as well as our signature creamy giblet croquettes!
To finish, enjoy freshly cooked rice from a clay pot, served with chicken soboro and pickled vegetables.

For the final course, there’s rice cooked in a clay pot topped with shredded chicken, Hakata mochi, and mentaiko. For dessert, we serve two options: fried mochi with kinako and black sesame ice cream♪
