Thank you for choosing AGRA Rooftop Bar. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our booking policy below.
Reservation Policy
• Reserved tables will be held for up to 15 minutes from the confirmed reservation time. After this grace period, the reservation may be released without further notice.
• When making a reservation, please let us know the purpose of your visit, such as a birthday celebration, anniversary, business meeting, corporate gathering, or any special occasion. This allows our team to better prepare for your experience.
• If you or any member of your party have food allergies or dietary restrictions, kindly inform us at the time of booking so we can assist accordingly.
• While we will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, specific table or seating requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• A minimum spending requirement applies for bookings of our Private Dining Room. Our team will be pleased to provide further details upon inquiry.
• For group reservations of more than 10 guests, please contact us directly via WhatsApp for assistance with arrangements and availability.
AGRA Rooftop Bar Guidelines
Dress Code
To maintain the atmosphere of AGRA Rooftop Bar, guests are required to adhere to our Smart Casual dress code at all times.
The following are not permitted:
• Guests under 18 years of age
• Hotel slippers or flip-flops
• Sleeveless shirts or singlets for male guests
• Gym shorts, board shorts, and swimwear
Safety & Security
For the comfort and safety of all guests:
• Drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Guest Experience
• DJ and live band volume levels are managed to ensure minimal disturbance to hotel guests.
• Any photography or videography for personal, commercial, promotional, or professional purposes requires prior approval from management.
Operating Hours
• Monday – Friday : 4PM– 1AM (Last Drink Call: 12AM)
• Saturday – Sunday : 11AM – 1AM (Last Drink Call: 12AM)
Management Rights
AGRA Rooftop Bar reserves the right to refuse admission, cancel reservations, or discontinue service to any guest who does not comply with our policies and guidelines.
