 Omi Chicken, Shimoda Eggplant Jelly / Colorful Tomato with Tofu Dressing / Edamame Fish Cake /
 Small Sweetfish with Hiei Yuba (Tofu Skin) / Kiwi Wrapped in Prosciutto / River Crab Simmered in Sweet Sauce /
 Mozuku Seaweed with Celery Vinegar / Bitter Melon Chips

■ Sashimi:
 Grilled Beltfish Sashimi, Squid Sashimi, Crystal Shrimp
 White Peach Roasted Sake Jelly, Biwa no Shizuku (Lantern Dew)

■ Soup:
  Shiga Prefecture Soy Milk and Nagaimo (Japanese Yam) Puree
 Conger Eel, Plum Paste, Kinome (Japanese Pepper), and Purple Stalk

■ Grilled Dish:
 Omi Beef Thigh (80g) Grilled with Miso Baby corn, Manganji peppers, asparagus, summer oranges, pickled shallots
 Sweet long peppers, pumpkin

■Steamed dish:
  Corn bun, okra, grilled eggplant, red perilla bean paste

■Meal: Eel rice / Soup / Pickles

■Dessert: White bean paste and yuzu mousse, Hira Perilla jelly, peach compote
