【About Reservation】
◆ The SPA appointment will be reserved for up to 10 minutes from the time of the reservation. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time, or the time will be shortened.
◆ Except for special holidays announced on the official website, guests who reserve any SPA treatment can enjoy the public hot spring on the same day at a special rate of NT$1,300 per person, or NT$300 discount on a private hot spring room.
◆ If you cannot come to your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. If the treatment is cancelled without a reason, Li Yang SPA has the right to charge the full treatment fee.
◆ For bookings of three or more treatments, a 30% deposit is required. Please call to make a reservation.
◆ A 15-minute early arrival is advisable if you must take shower before the massage service.
◆ Please advise us if you are pregnant. We provide special treatment for guests over 3 months of pregnancy. (Guests from Taiwan, please bring along the maternal booklet.)
◆ Please consult your doctor first and inform us if you have major health conditions, operations, and allergies.
◆ For same-day booking, please contact the hotel directly at 02-2898-8888.
◆ All guests can enjoy a complimentary parking with any expenses at the hotel.
