【T&C/Cancellation Policy】
1. We only accept cashless dining payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, E-wallet).
2. If you would like to cancel, update/change your reservation details, please contact us through WhatsApp (+60125049143).
3. Corkage fees of RM 50 apply, excluding taxes.
4. Menu items are subject to 10% service charges and 6% SST (Alcohol subject to 8% SST).
5. KAPPA Kaisen Izakaya is pork and lard free. Food may contain alcohol.
6. Customers who remain uncontactable and unreachable exceeding 20 minutes of booking time will be considered as a "NO SHOW" and we may guide the waiting customers.
