▶ Cancellation fees
The fees are as follows. The percentages indicate the proportion of the total reservation amount.
If there are specific cancellation policies, those will take precedence.

When canceling or changing a reservation:
・ 100% if canceled 3 days prior (regardless of whether notification was given)
・ 0% if canceled 4 days prior

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late to your reserved time, the reservation may be automatically canceled.
Please note that depending on reservation availability, we may impose time limits or conduct special two-session operations on certain dates.
