Supervision by Chef Kaneko of Tokyo's popular French restaur
Offering an omakase course for dinner only. The course, which includes the specialty “Crispy Foie Gras Sandwich,” changes every four weeks and makes the most of seasonal ingredients. For lunch, a deli plate + soup + choice of main course is offered, and the menu changes regularly. Afternoon tea offers an elegant tea time with gorgeous sweets and savories lavishly using seasonal fruits.
