▶If you would like to change your reservation time or date, please re-register it rather than writing it in the request field.
▶Private room reservations can be made by phone.
▶Our restaurants and banquet halls can only accommodate food allergies to eight items (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts).
If you would like to accommodate one of these eight items, please let us know in advance.
As our top priority is customer safety, we cannot accommodate items other than these eight items.
Please be aware of points 1 through 4 below and use your discretion when using our facilities.
1. Because we handle all food and beverages in the same environment, we cannot completely prevent trace amounts of allergens other than the ingredients used.
2. Our allergen information is based on the ingredients used and ingredient information (food labeling) from manufacturers, etc.
3. If it is difficult to provide safe food and drinks to customers, we may refuse service.
4. Some stores cannot accommodate allergies.
▶ Discounts and preferential treatments cannot be used in combination.
▶ If you would like a whole cake, message plate, or bouquet of flowers, please call us in advance at least three days in advance.
▶ If we do not hear from you more than 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may not be able to provide you with a table.
